Parcel Shipping
Standard shipping is free for all online orders of $149 or more before tax on decormondo.com.
For orders under $149, a flat rate of $15 + 10% of the total (pre-tax) amount applies.
Exclusions:
Large or heavy items are not eligible for parcel shipping. These are only available for in-store pickup or local delivery by our truck, if available.
In-Store Pickup
Pickup is free and available for all products. You can select this option during checkout.

Processing Times & Shipping Methods
If items are in stock, we prepare and ship your order within 24–48 business hours.
We choose the most efficient and secure carrier based on your location and product type:
Décor Mondo Truck (local delivery – Greater Montreal Area)
Canada Post (small parcels)
GLS Canada (most paint shipments)
FedEx (for deliveries to the Prairies and British Columbia)
Signature on Delivery
Many of our shipments contain valuable products. A signature is required upon delivery.
If you won’t be available, please send the package to someone you trust.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.
Order Delivery and Inspection
If your package is damaged:
Do not sign the delivery slip
Refuse the package
Take photos of the damage
Email us at info@decormondo.com with your contact info and invoice number within 3 days
If your order is incomplete:
You may sign for and accept the package
Take photos of all boxes and shipping labels
Email us within 3 days so we can follow up with the carrier and resolve the issue
