At Décor Mondo, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to make the return process clear and fair.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

Items must include original packaging, tags (if applicable), and proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

Products must be in resellable condition unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

In-store returns are encouraged to avoid shipping costs.

Return by delivery is also accepted, but shipping fees are at the customer's expense unless the return is due to damage or error. We recommend using insured shipping to prevent issues.
Damaged or Incomplete Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

Refuse the package

Take clear photos of the damage

Email us within 3 days at info@decormondo.com with your name, invoice number, and photos
If incomplete:

Accept the package

Take photos of all shipping labels and contents

Contact us within 3 days so we can follow up with the carrier
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Tinted or custom-colored paints and stains

Opened or used products
-
Special-order or bulk-ordered items

Gift cards or promotional discounts

Sale/clearance items
-
Personal-use items (such as beauty products or hazardous materials)

Exchanges
To exchange a product, we recommend starting a return and placing a new order once the return is approved. This ensures the fastest turnaround and product availability.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received a refund, contact us at info@decormondo.com.
EU Customers – Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
